Every day our 1,400 NSW team members help employers to navigate the complexities of workers compensation whilst ensuring their injured workers receive the support they need to recover and return to work – faster and safer.

We are a trusted Claims Service Provider (CSP) for the Nominal Insurer (icare) which is the workers compensation scheme in NSW, covering most workplaces (excluding the public sector, self-insured employers, and employers in a specialised insurance scheme).

Years of experience with icare’s claims management system has allowed us to develop bespoke tools, resources and reports that enhance compliance and operational effectiveness, enabling our case managers to focus on proactive claims strategies that drive real results.

Workers compensation: National updates and insights

This course is designed to provide employers with an update on current issues impacting workers compensation schemes, the latest trends, external factors and legal implications, and the expected implications of these issues for employers across the jurisdictional Workers Compensation schemes of SA, NSW and VIC.

Role of the return to work coordinator – VIC

This 2-day training workshop, conducted in Melbourne Victoria and endorsed by WorkSafe Victoria, empowers RTW Coordinators with vital tools to effectively manage return to work processes in accordance with legislation and injury management principles. Participants will engage with content to learn how to facilitate safe and sustainable return to work plans under the WIRC Act 2013. A WorkSafe VIC endorsed Certificate will be provided upon full participation in the RTWC training.
