Comcare claims made easy

When a workplace injury occurs, managing the claim properly is crucial.

We’re here to support employee recovery and protect your business. We’re the largest workers compensation claims manager outside of Comcare – which means we have extensive understanding of the SRC Act and the complexities of claims for federal self insured businesses and Comcare licensees.

As a trusted Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for the Comcare scheme, we deliver best-in-class claims management to state-based and SRC Act self insurers across Australia. Our strong relationships with federal regulators ensure your business stays compliant while maximising the financial and commercial benefits of self insurance.

Through the Mutual Benefits Program, we also provide free resources and initiatives to help you enhance your workplace safety, lower risks, and strengthen claims management processes.

We’ve managed over 5,000 SRC Act injury claims to date, from lodging a Comcare notifiable incident to resolution. Our comprehensive approach to injury management goes beyond regulatory and licensing requirements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your workers and your business.

Doing more than just the basics

Biopsychosocial profiling tool

Mental health recovery is influenced by more than just medical treatment – yet traditional claims model often ignore the psychological and social factors that shape a worker’s ability to return to work. Our claims model leverages predictive analytics and targeted intervention strategies. By integrating biological, psychological, and social factors into claims decision making, we help Case Managers flag psychological and social barriers before they delay recovery and deliver tailored support plans to optimise claim outcomes.
