Leading a psychologically healthy and safe workplace

This session builds leaders’ knowledge and confidence to support and protect the psychological health and safety of their teams and themselves. Participants will explore practical, proactive strategies for addressing mental health and wellbeing with team members, while engaging in open discussion and reflection.
