Mental Health First Aid (NSW)

This two-day workshop in Sydney NSW, provides participants with the essential skills to provide Mental Health First Aid in the workplace with participants receiving accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid Australia.

Virtual: Mental Health First Aid refresher

This one-day virtual workshop is for individuals who have completed a Mental Health First Aid training course within the past three years. It refreshes key knowledge and skills to confidently support mental health in the workplace, while updating participants on current best practices. Completion extends accreditation for a further three years. Note: The refresher course can only be completed once; following which the full course is required to renew accreditation.

Mental Health First Aid (Virtual)

This two-day virtual workshop provides participants with the essential skills to provide Mental Health First Aid in the workplace with participants receiving accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid Australia. Please note: This workshop requires approximately 6-7 hours of online pre-course learning, which must be completed prior to attending. Materials will be provided in advance.
