For some federal workers and employers, workplace injuries are covered by Comcare. This scheme provides national workers compensation to employees of the Commonwealth, ACT Government, or companies licensed under Comcare.

As a trusted Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for Comcare workers compensation, we’ve been helping employers manage injury claims with confidence since 2016. We simplify the process, ensuring full compliance with the Safety, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) so workers receive the care they need and employers meet their obligations.

As the largest independent claims manager of Comcare workers compensation, we provide nationwide support, helping national employers reduce costs while ensuring injured workers experience a safe recovery and a successful return-to-work.

To start the claims process, please contact your employer.

Alternatively, you can contact your case manager via their direct phone number, direct email address, or call 1800 365 227. If you have feedback at any time throughout the claims process, please access our feedback form.
