We’re here to take care of your team and your business. As Australia’s largest and oldest
workers compensation claims provider, we help workplaces of all sizes across Victoria

For your workers, our mobile case managers provide face-to-face support to ensure
they get the care they need to recover and return to work faster. For your business, we
manage your WorkCover claims, helping to control injury costs and reduce the impact
on your insurance premium.

With the Mutual Benefits Program, we take our support even further, providing free
health and safety resources, tools, and training to transform your business and improve
long-term safety. Ensuring you have a stronger, more resilient workplace that protects
your most valuable asset – your people.

In-house pharmacists

Recognising the escalating challenge posed by rising pharmacy costs, increased prescription of opioid medications, and the growing rates of addiction and misuse, we took decisive action by integrating two experienced pharmacists into our team. Our In-house Pharmacists work with the worker and their GP to educate about the risks of strong pain medications and exploring other pain management options.

This tailored service identifies and helps to address the unique barriers which impact someone’s recovery to help them get their lives back, and prevent long term complex claims. Our Recovery Case Managers connect injured workers to a range of specialist support services – such as financial, housing, family and counselling support – so they can focus on their recovery. This service is particularly effective when returning to work is not the immediate goal, ensuring workers receive the holistic care they need.
