NSW Nominal Insurer (icare)

The Nominal Insurer (icare) is the workers compensation scheme in NSW, covering most workplaces. EML is appointed as a Claims Service Provider (CSP) by icare.

icare Insurance for NSW

icare’s Insurance for NSW and its Treasury Managed Fund covers public sector workplaces, like police, ambulance, and government offices.

Comcare

Comcare is for federal employers and workers covering the Commonwealth, ACT Government, or companies licensed under Comcare.

WorkSafe Victoria

WorkSafe Victoria’s WorkCover scheme is for Victorian companies and employees.

ReturnToWorkSA

ReturnToWorkSA covers South Australian workers and businesses.

State-based self insurance

State-based self insurance is for businesses that choose to manage their workers compensation claims, meeting state requirements.
