This month we celebrate five incredible years of mobile case management services in New South Wales.
Our team of 28 Mobile Case Managers operate across the state – working directly with injured workers, employers and treating doctors to speed up recovery, reduce stress and improve return to work outcomes.
In 2025 alone the team assisted over 3,300 workers through an astounding 7,400 in person visits and over 1,000 teleconferences.
Supporting recovery through local connection
A defining strength of our in-person care model is its strong connection to local communities. Our Mobile Case Managers live and work in the regions they support, bringing valuable local insight and building trusted relationships with workers, employers and treating health practitioners.
‘I love that my role allows me to stay connected to, and give back to, the communities I grew up in. It also means I can draw on my local knowledge to help identify and address barriers on claims, and advocate for what’s needed based on the unique needs of the area.'
Laura D, EML Mobile Case Manager for the Central West and Western Plans region of NSW.
This local presence enables a more tailored and responsive approach, ensuring support is aligned to the specific needs of each worker and their environment.
