Once the claim is lodged, our free support programs are here to guide you.

We provide training and tools to help return to work coordinators and injury management advisors handle recovery plans, work with medical specialists, and improve safety.

Supporting the claims process

Forms and tools

icare portal

Managing claims information and overseeing your workers compensation portfolio shouldn’t be challenging. Use the icare portal to report an incident, make a claim, extract claims data and run reports.

EML Injury management program

The injury management program has been designed to provide information to assist injury management and provide general guidance in relation to employer obligations in accordance with those set by the NSW Nominal Insurer and Workers Compensation legislation. The EML IfNSW injury management program is effective for Insurance for NSW claims.

Recurence of original injury

If one of your workers has had a recurrence of their original injury, complete this form and send it to your Case Manager to get things moving. This form should be completed if your worker has a recurrence of an original injury once duties have been resumed.
