Get the care you need

My Claim App

A free app has been developed by ReturnToWorkSA to help you manage your work injury claim information more easily, and faster.
With the My Claim App you can:

  • Submit your reimbursements for faster processing
  • Upload and send a copy of your claim information to your Claims Manager
  • Access these documents in one easy location:
  • Payslip information
  • Travel forms
  • Work Capacity Certificates
  • Treatment plans
  • Contact your Claims Manager

If you have an Apple device, download the app from the App Store.
If you have an Android device, download the app from the Google Play.
Once installed, simply enter your claim details and the app is ready to use.
Note: iPhone users will need to ensure their mail app has been set up to allow documents to be sent to the Claims Agent.
