For workers

Helping you recover from workplace injury and illness

When you’re injured at work, you have the EML team behind you.

We’re here to manage your claim from start to finish, ensuring you get the support you need throughout your recovery. This includes helping with medical appointments, coordinating treatment, and making sure you know what’s happening next. We also help you access the financial support you’re entitled to while you recover, such as medical expenses and lost wages. And when the time comes, we will work closely with your employer and treating professionals to ensure a safe return to work.

As Australia’s largest personal injury claims manager, we’re experts in the workers compensation system across all states and territories, so you can be confident we’ve got everything taken care of. We’ll get through this together – and we’re always here to help.

Start by checking which scheme applies to you below.
