This list was determined through Great Place to Work’s methodology that evaluates employee feedback and analyses women’s representation at all organisational levels in conjunction with insights from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
Workplace Gender Equality
The recently released WGEA report tells us that EML results outperform the industry comparison with the lowest gender pay gaps (GPG) across all key measures and higher representation of women at all levels.
Other highlights include:
- Average total remuneration GPG of 10.2% compared to the National Average of 21.1% and industry comparison group of 23.3%
- Median total remuneration GPG of 2.7% (down from 5.2% the prior year) compared to the National Average of 16.4% and industry comparison group of 19.6%
- Women represent 72% of our workforce compared to national average of 51% and industry comparison group of 61%
