EML is proud to launch the Leading Well at Work leadership series – designed to build leader capability and support safer, more inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
What is the Leading Well at Work series?
The series is a practical, seven-part leadership program focused on the real challenges leaders face every day. It equips leaders with the knowledge, tools and confidence to support their teams, manage psychosocial risks, and lead in a way that promotes wellbeing and performance.
Each topic is grounded in real workplace scenarios and supported by practical resources to help leaders apply learning directly in their roles.
Why it matters
Leaders play a critical role in shaping workplace culture, safety and outcomes. Strengthening leadership capability is key to preventing harm, supporting recovery and enabling teams to perform at their best.
This series equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to foster diversity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. When workers feel valued, respected and supported, they are more likely to be engaged, productive and able to thrive at work.
This series also responds to the priorities outlined in EML’s Mental Health White Paper, supporting improved job quality, more inclusive workplaces, and stronger everyday leadership practices.
Who will benefit?
The series is designed for:
- People leaders at all levels
- Supervisors and frontline managers
