Employers Mutual Limited annual report release and annual general meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place at Registered Office, Level 3, 345 George Street, Sydney

on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 11:00am (AEDT).

Each year Employers Mutual Limited holds an Annual General Meeting. During this meeting, company financial reports are reviewed, Directors elected and any other important Items of Business are discussed. 

All EML members are invited to attend and vote on all Items of Business.

Notice of AGM

Provides information about the upcoming AGM, including meeting details, agenda items, and resolutions to be voted on.

Proxy voting form

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to attend, vote, or ask questions on your behalf.

Voting in person guide

Members can attend the AGM in person to vote on resolutions, with polls conducted by paper slip or virtually.

Explanatory Memorandum

Provides background and details on the proposed amendments to the Company Constitution, including key governance updates and reasons for the changes.

Constitution

Sets out the rules governing the Company, including membership structure, director responsibilities, meetings, and member rights.
