The 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place at Registered Office, Level 3, 345 George Street, Sydney
on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 11:00am (AEDT).
Each year Employers Mutual Limited holds an Annual General Meeting. During this meeting, company financial reports are reviewed, Directors elected and any other important Items of Business are discussed.
All EML members are invited to attend and vote on all Items of Business.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to attend, vote, or ask questions on your behalf.
Members can attend the AGM in person to vote on resolutions, with polls conducted by paper slip or virtually.
Provides background and details on the proposed amendments to the Company Constitution, including key governance updates and reasons for the changes.
Sets out the rules governing the Company, including membership structure, director responsibilities, meetings, and member rights.
Presents the Company’s audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, including the Directors’ Report, Statement of Comprehensive Income, and Independent Auditor’s Report.
Provides answers to common questions about the AGM, including access to the audited financial statements and other key documents.
