We are so honoured to be named as finalists for Outstanding Contribution by a Team at this year’s PIEF Awards. Being recognised for the work that we do in delivering the best possible outcomes for workers and their employers, is simply wonderful for us.
The award celebrates high-performing teams that demonstrate excellence and impact across the personal injury and disability management industry.
The finalist recognition follows the team’s outstanding work supporting the transition of a complex portfolio of over 340 claims entrusted to EML by icare in late 2025.
Led by manager, Jess H and team leader, Teagan C, the team worked collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and business areas to ensure injured workers continued to receive timely support and guidance during a period of significant change.
Over a three-month period:
The team’s success was driven by their proactive and people-focused approach.
Through clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement and evidence-based claims management, the team successfully:
- reduced treatment approval turnaround times
- improved recovery outcomes
- helped workers access the support they needed sooner.
This industry recognition is a testament to the S11C team’s outstanding dedication and commitment to achieving our purpose of helping people get their lives back.
