The power of in-person care

Since 2021 our dedicated team of Mobile Case Managers have made over 13,500 visits with workers, employers and health practitioners in NSW. Each visit represents an opportunity to offer compassionate care and expert guidance on navigating the workers compensation claims process.

'Seeing Peter and Julie's stories really highlights the profoundly positive impact that in-person care can have on someone's recovery journey,' said Fletch Celand, Senior Manager, Claims Operations EML Group.

In the following video series, we hear from representatives of Newcastle Anglican (who we have partnered with for over five years) about their experience with our mobile case management services.

‘It would have been difficult without support and Mark’s support has been there.’ Julie B injured worker 2024.

'They are such an amazing group of people. They are passionate about what they do and truly care about everyone they are working with,' said Bronwyn Attalla, Group Manager - Mobile Case Management, EML NSW.

Compassionate care is at the heart of what we do
