Ken has been Chief Financial Officer since November 2025, returning to EML after nearly three years with Liberty Specialty Markets. He brings over 20 years experience within the insurance and personal injury sectors. He leads the financial strategy, performance and governance across the group, working closely with executive leadership to provide commercial insight and support disciplined decision-making. Ken’s focus is on building a resilient, technology-enabled finance function that supports sustainable growth.

Rick Jones

With 15+ years in workers compensation and a background in medical research, Rick combines his scientific expertise with hands-on experience in claims management to lead EML’s growing operations in Victoria. He oversees a team of 500 across Melbourne and Geelong, improving outcomes for injured workers and employers across the state.

With over 10 years of experience as a Microsoft consultant and a specialist in IT security, Shane leads the development of EML’s innovative AI and claims management systems, ensuring our operations seamlessly support injured workers and employers while driving business-wide efficiency.

Lauren has over 17 years of experience in personal injury, client engagement and relationship management across Australia and the UK. With a background in occupational therapy, business administration, and insurance broking, she now leads our marketing and communication strategy, using her experience to drive EML’s growth.

Breanna Bergin

With 20 years of experience in personal injury and a chiropractic qualification, Breanna has hands-on expertise in early intervention, rehabilitation, and working with OHS and return-to-work teams. Supporting state-based self insured businesses across Australia, Breanna brings deep insight into injury prevention and recovery, with a strong focus on improving the customer experience.

David cares deeply about transforming the claims management experience and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. With a proven track record managing major portfolios for icare NSW and WorkSafe Victoria, he consistently delivers outstanding results, backed by 20 years of industry expertise and a Master of Management in Personal Injury.

Dan Walton

In his role of Group Executive, Strategy & Growth, Dan brings deep expertise across government, unions and industry. As former National Secretary of the Australian Workers Union, Dan advised on national policy across energy, trade, manufacturing and industrial relations, and has extensive experience in the superannuation sector. He applies this strategic leadership to drive innovation and long-term growth across EML’s personal injury and workplace support services.
