Since joining in 2021 as State Relationship Manager, NSW, she has led significant change and now leads national broker distribution, relationship and account management across EML’s core workers compensation markets.
Amber Addicott

Amber has over 20 years’ experience in the personal injury sector, spanning workers compensation, accident and health, life insurance, and CTP. With 15 years in senior leadership roles at EML, she is known for empowering teams to support recovery and deliver strong outcomes in complex claims portfolios. In 2025, Amber continues to lead major transitions across Life and Casualty, including the Catholic Church Insurance Workers Compensation portfolio, while driving innovation and improved outcomes for customers and communities.
Simon Eldahr

Simon began his career in personal injury in 2012 and brings a legal background alongside extensive experience across both operational and shared services leadership. Since joining EML in 2014, he has developed a reputation for his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at every level of the business. Passionate about driving collaboration, efficiency and innovation, Simon now leads core business functions that ensure EML’s people are supported to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
Simone Witschge

With over two decades of experience in personal injury management, Simone Witschge leads the ground-breaking Mutual Benefits Program, dedicated to driving innovation from prevention to recovery. Simone plays a pivotal role in shaping the Program’s strategy and investments. She leads a dynamic team and partners with internal stakeholders and industry leaders to proactively tackle risks, overcome challenges, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance the wellbeing of members, customers, and communities.
Matthew Wilson

Matthew has been EML’s Chief Risk Officer since 2006. As an experienced corporate lawyer and risk manager in the Australian insurance and financial services sector, he oversees our governance and risk practice to protect our business, our employer clients and our injured customers.
Cass Wild

Cass is General Manager, Insurance Solutions at EML, with accountability for claims operations and growth across superannuation, CTP and accident and health portfolios. With over 20 years’ experience in personal injury insurance, her expertise spans claims operations, regulation, partnerships, strategy and risk. Cass specialises in navigating complex regulatory environments and improving claims performance and customer outcomes through best-practice claims handling. She holds an MBA from the University of Queensland, is a GAICD and an ASIC Responsible Manager.
Jarrad Wegener

Jarrad leads EML’s South Australian team, supporting injured workers and employers across the state. Having worked through scheme, process and policy design at ReturntoWorkSA and experience running business and building workplace culture, Jarrad has a deep understanding of workplace health and safety and what it takes to help businesses stay safe and compliant.
Susie Walford

With 37 years of claims experience in workers compensation and CTP, Susan has a proven track record in growing and maintaining high performing claims operations. Her reputation for delivery in Government was critical to launch the successful ACT Government partnership which has delivered over $130M in performance improvement and established EML and 70 new roles in the ACT.

Matt brings almost 25 years of experience in the personal injury sector, with roles at Coal Services, WorkCover NSW, GIO, and Allianz. He’s dedicated to delivering exceptional service to small and medium businesses and specialty claims, recognising the crucial role our claims teams play in achieving positive outcomes for injured workers and employers.
