After a comprehensive procurement process which commenced in July 2024, EML has been successful in renewing our contract with icare as a Claims Service Provider (CSP) to NSW Government Agencies in the Treasury Managed Fund (TMF). This sees the continuation of our partnership with NSW Government agencies which spans more than 20 years.

Later this year, Ambulance NSW will transition into our portfolio alongside our long-standing partnerships with the NSW Police Force and Fire & Rescue NSW (FRNSW). Our experience in emergency services has provided us with intimate knowledge and deep insight into the complexity of these claims for frontline workers. We have supported more than 60, 000 emergency service workers and invested more than $8M in claims innovations, work health and safety initiatives and technology to support this unique risk profile.

In being trusted with Ambulance NSW, we will leverage the knowledge and insights gained from the NSW Police Force and FRNSW and continue to evolve our specialist claims management offering to emergency service workers.
