We’re Australia’s largest personal injury claims management provider, helping people recover from injury and illness in and out of the workplace. Trusted by insurance providers and regulators like WorkSafe Victoria, ReturnToWorkSA and icare NSW, we manage workers compensation claims for businesses and agencies nationwide, from emergency services to self-insurers.

We also handle claims across other personal injury areas, including accident and health and CTP. But we’re not just about helping people through injury. We’ve invested over $142m into the Mutual Benefits Program, improving workplace safety, recovery, and employee wellbeing across Australia. With over 3,700 claims management professionals and on-the-ground teams providing face-to-face support, we help people recover quickly and make Australian businesses safer, better places to be.

Our history

We’ve helped injured Australian workers get back on their feet for generations. We pioneered workers compensation in Australia in the early 1900s, to care for injured industrial workers when no one else did. Now, over 115 years later, we’re still going strong, building on that legacy by leading the way in claims management, workplace safety, and recovery.
