Today, through the Mutual Benefits Program (Program), we invest in innovative resources such as products, tools, projects, research and training designed to improve outcomes for employers, injured workers, and the communities we support.

The Program enables our business to do more than just deliver excellence in claims management services. It enables us to go above and beyond for the employers and injured workers we support, contribute to long-term Scheme sustainability, and innovate through technological and operational change.

During FY25, we supported over 340 initiatives, and invested over $24.6M, bringing the total investment over the last 10 years to an impressive $144M.
