White labelled claims management services

With an established partnership with one of Australia’s largest CTP Insurers, we provide end to end claims management as a white-labelled service for over 1000 injured motorist claims. Over our six-year partnership, EML have met, or exceeded all customer and regulatory compliance requirements and delivered leading return to work and claim costs results compared to industry performance.

Third party specialist support

We also have demonstrated capability to provide support to Insurers who require specialist expertise, claim backlog resource management or workflow management assistance. We have provided specialist claims management support, advice, and recommendations to CTP Insurers to assist with operational and performance improvements across claim processes, liability levers and provider management strategies.
