Workplace injury in Victoria? We’re here to help. As an appointed agent for WorkSafe Victoria’s workers compensation scheme, we provide essential support to injured workers and their employers.

Our role is to manage claims and WorkCover insurance policies on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria. We take care of everything – from medical treatment and compensation to return-to-work assistance.

We have a dedicated Victoria-based team who manage injury claims for around a quarter of businesses in the state. Our Melbourne and Geelong offices are home to over 500 claims specialists and our mobile case managers are on the ground across Victoria, providing in-person guidance to ensure workers and employers get the care and clarity they need when it matters most.

Meeting your workers compensation payment obligations: Ensuring workers are not underpaid following the legislative changes

From 1 January 2025, intentional wage underpayment is a criminal offence under Commonwealth law, and Worker Compensation payments are included. This session with experts from Australian Payroll Association and EML will help employers review Worker Compensation wage practices to ensure accurate payments, meet wage obligations and maintain compliance.

Safe work design: How to mitigate risks by designing physically and psychologically safe workplaces

Designing a safe workplace is essential to the wellbeing of all employees. Health and safety for a workforce “working from home” and in isolation

Role of the Return to Work Coordinator (VIC)

This WorkSafe Victoria endorsed Return to Work (RTW) program is designed to equip RTW Coordinators with the tools they need to effectively manage return to work under the requirements of the legislation and the principles of effective injury management. A WorkSafe endorsed certificate will be provided upon full participation in the two-day RTWC program. All pre work materials will be provided.

Complex case management: Return to work planning for psychological injuries

Men’s mental health at work: From insights to action

With three in four suicides in Australia being men, male mental health remains a critical workplace issue. This panel brings together research, lived experience and frontline expertise to examine the drivers of severe psychological distress in Australian male workers. Drawing on SuperFriend’s Invisible Strain findings, Dr Di Sheppard outlines who is most at risk, key workplace factors, and effective support pathways. Noni Byron translates the evidence into practical actions leaders can implement, while MATES representatives share real‑world perspectives and peer-support strategies. Together, the panel will help workplaces create safer, more supportive environments for men, and all employees.
