Manage your claims online with EMpower
EMpower is our free online portal designed to help you manage your claims when you’ve had a staff member injured at work.
As an EML customer, EMpower allows you to easily view and manage your workers insurance information, with secure access to claims and payment information at any time of the day.
With EMpower you can:
- Lodge an online injury notification / new claim
- Access claims information
- Upload claims related documents
- Access to claim resources and information
- Access to online Member Benefits tools
This portal is for employers in NSW and VIC; brokers in NSW; workers in NSW; and for selected national self-insurance clients.
