Through our Mutual Benefits program EML has partnered with the AHA SA to support hospitality workers and employers develop wellbeing skills, as their industry continues to be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions.

This innovative program includes an engaging podcast series, information sheets and a series of workshops which will be running from late May to July 2021.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops are being facilitated by Organisational Psychologist Hayley Lokan and are open to anyone in the hospitality industry.

There will six virtual events on the following topics:

  • Resilience – Monday 31 May
  • Wellbeing – Monday 7 June
  • Managing Stress – Tuesday 15 June
  • Emotional Intelligence – Monday 21 June
  • Dealing with Customers – Monday 28 June
  • Managing Change – Monday 5 July

Each session is limited to 20 participants, so register early through the AHA SA website
