From 1 January 2018, new claims lodged with icare workers insurance in NSW will be managed by EML.

Making a claim for a workplace injury

If you're injured at work, there are steps you should take immediately to make sure your employer can make a claim on your behalf.

As an employer, you need to notify the insurer within 48 hours of becoming aware of a work related injury or illness.
