EML, as foundation partner of The Collaborative Partnership to improve work participation is leading the Employee Awareness Project, and has initiated research activities alongside The Shannon Company and Monash University.
These activities will help inform suitable interventions for potential trials that will aide empowerment and self-management. Comprising of literature reviews, stakeholder and citizen panel interviews, the research will explore the attitudes, motivations, beliefs, experiences and needs of employees with a temporary or permanent physical or mental health condition to stay at work, recover or return to work.
