EML’s customer centric model has won Best CX Transformation at this year’s CX Awards 2019.
The awards, now in their second year, were created by Ashton Media to recognise the growing importance of Customer Experience across Australian and New Zealand.
Best CX Transformation recognises a client-side brand that has undergone a CX transformation to become customer-centric in its mindset.
EML is driven to have the customer at the heart of everything that we do and so we are very honoured to have that recognised through this award,” Head of EML Customer and Culture Christianna Johnson said.
The award was one of ten categories. EML was also a finalist in CX Team of the year.
