EML is proud to have a number of its high performers as finalists in the upcoming

2016 Care And Service Excellence (CASE) Awards.

Hosted by icare workers insurance, the annual CASE Awards will be held on September 15, and recognises NSW Scheme Agent employees that demonstrate an outstanding contribution to customers and the scheme; encourage innovation and process improvements; foster a culture and climate for continuous improvement; and promote workers compensation as an industry of choice.

EML finalists in this year’s awards include:

Category 3        Outstanding contribution by an individual - Christie Solway

Category 4        Excellence and innovation in injury management - TMF Strategy and Continuous Improvement Team

Category 7        Services to icare self-insurance  - TMF Death & Disability Team

EML General Manager NSW Jason Lardelli said that the strong interest in the awards demonstrated the high calibre of professional the industry is supported by.
