EML has expanded its service footprint for the people of New South Wales opening its sixth office, at Chatswood.

The new premises will eventually be home to 150 people who join the personal injury claims management provider’s New South Wales’ team.

“Utilising icare’s customer-centric model, our case managers are helping people injured at work in NSW to get their lives back,” said EML General Manager of Return to Work and Support Services Adam Keogh.

“Having this office on Sydney’s North Shore gives our teams flexibility, space and the facilities to provide this vital service.

“We are very excited about the future.”

The office was launched today with icare CEO John Nagle in attendance.

"This increase in staff numbers and the expansion into a new office is a great sign of commitment to the scheme," Mr Nagle said.

It’s the sixth EML office to open in New South Wales and one of more than a dozen nationwide as the Australian owned mutual expands its operations in both urban and regional centres.

EML offers a range of services in personal injury management and prevention, undertakes leading-edge research funding and is the trusted service provider to frontline emergency response officers and small and large businesses.
