We value your feedback and want to hear about the experience you have had on a claim.

Your EML case manager is your first point of contact if you have feedback, an inquiry or complaint.

Where the enquiry or complaint is about EML, you should contact the Independent Review Office (IRO). The Independent Review Office (IRO) provides an independent complaints solution service for workers who are unhappy with a decision made by their insurer. IRO also provides funding for legal advice.
