Cancellation by Participant
All cancellations must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the enrolled course commencement date in writing (via email).
Where seven (7) or more business days’ notification for cancellation has been received for paid courses, EML will refund the cost of the course.
No refunds would be made for the booking fee or any other incidental expenses incurred by the participant for both paid and unpaid courses.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations either not received or received within 7 business days prior to the course commencement. Where a course is provided free and cancellation is not received or received within 7 business days prior to the course commencement, EML reserves the right to refuse the participant to register for future courses.
Where a participant does not attend a course, and does not provide communication of non-attendance (no show) no refund will be made for the cost of the ticket (where there is a fee for the course). EML also reserves the right to refuse the participant to register for future courses.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets are transferrable subject to notice and cancellation periods outlined above. Please notify the EML Client Services Coordinator to update participant contact details.
Course Cancellation by EML
EML reserves the right to cancel any course at any point in time prior to its commencement, at its own discretion. Participants will be notified of cancellations using details supplied during registration.
A full refund for the cost of the ticket including the booking fee will be issued by EML for any fee-paying courses.
