EML is committed to workplace gender equality

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth), EML is pleased to announce that we have now submitted our 2017 annual public report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

A copy of this report is accessible at any stage by following this link.

EML employees and members may provide comments on the report by emailing humanresources@eml.com.au or by contacting the Workplace Gender Equality Agency directly. Please refer to the Agency’s guidelines on this process on their website www.wgea.gov.au.

Comments provided to us or the Agency by 3 July 2017 will be taken into consideration. This will assist in assessing EML’s compliance with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency Act 2012 (Cth).
