EML has launched an app to give our customers in Victoria easy, convenient access to their WorkCover insurance claims and policy information.
Called EMpower, the new service can be accessed by a free app and via an online portal.
“Since starting our operations in Victoria on 1 July last year, we’ve been focused on bringing EML’s unique service offering to our new customers,” says Declan Collins, EML Victoria’s General Manager.
“We’re excited to be launching this online self-service tool so that our Victorian customers can access their policy and claims information whenever they want to, via their PC, mobile or tablet.”
Available now online and via the free app on the Apple Store or Google Play, EMpower means employers can easily lodge a new claim; access their policy and claims information; download weekly payment and reimbursement claims; and send claims related documents to EML.
“We’re always looking to offer our customers services they value. We’re planning to expand EMpower’s features and functionality over time, based on feedback from employers,” says Declan.
“Victorian employers who hold a policy with EML will receive an email with their account activation details from 23 February,” says Declan. “For employers where we don’t have an email address, we’re mailing information to them so they can also access the benefits of EMpower.”
